Refund policy

If you're not fired up about your Austin's Fire Pit for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Email support@austinsfirepits.com to kick off your return. Your return must be shipped within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your product purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
